Tom Brady Not Letting Jersey Out Of His Sight After Superbowl

Last season, New England Patriots quarterback Tom Brady’s Super Bowl Jersey went missing after the Patriots defeated the Atlanta Falcons in the Super Bowl, kicking off the infamous “Jerseygate.” Funny enough, for this Superbowl’s prop bets whether or not Brady’s jersey goes missing is an option to wager on. For a complete list of Eagles Patriots Superbowl online betting odds for Superbowl 52 visit www.Betting-Super-Bowl.com which features which sportsbooks to bet at, how to place Super Bowl bets, and most importantly, who to bet on Superbowl 2018 between the Philadelphia Eagles and New England Patriots for Super Bowl 52.

The Jersey, which Brady had intended to give to his ailing mother, Galynn, was stolen from the Patriots’ locker room during the chaos after the Patriots pulled off the greatest comeback in Super Bowl history. It was later found at the home of Mexican journalist Martin Mauricio Ortega, who also happened to be a sports memorabilia collector.

The Mexican authorities also found Brady’s missing Super Bowl jersey from their win over the Seattle Seahawks in 2015, which also disappeared after the game.

The authorities were able to recover the stolen jerseys thanks to a tip from 19-year-old Dylan Wagner, who also collects sports memorabilia.

Wagner had been doing business with Ortega and after selling Ortega a jersey, the Mexican sent Wagner a picture of his collection and that’s when Wagner noticed that Ortega had Brady’s Super Bowl XLIX jersey in his collection
“I knew exactly who had [the jersey],” Wagner said in April. “[Ortega] sent me 30 photos of his collection. Front and center was Tom Brady’s Super Bowl XLIX Jersey. I asked him outright, ‘How did you get that?’ and he says ‘I’ll tell you later.'”

Wagner notified the authorities soon after and they were able to recover both jerseys.

Wagner was rewarded for his help with a pair of tickets to the Patriots home opener and some autographed memorabilia from Brady and Robert Kraft.

“He helped us get our jersey from the Super Bowl,” Kraft said. “We’re honored to have him here as we have a special celebration tonight.

If the Patriots win the Super Bowl this year, Brady likely won’t need Wagner’s help locating his jersey.
“I’m taking it with me, man, if we win,” Brady said Tuesday. “If we lose, I’m throwing it in the garbage.”

Greatest Coaches In Superbowl Era

Every year when the Superbowl is just around the corner, there are plenty of discussions about the greatest players and greatest games, but we have decided to look at the greatest coaches in NFL history.

5. Joe Gibbs

Gibbs narrowly edged out Paul Brown because of what he accomplished with the Washington Redskins. Gibbs won three Super Bowls with three different quarterbacks, which is something you don’t see very often.

During his 16 years with the Redskins, Gibbs had a 154-94 record. He won five NFC East titles and was 17-4 in the playoffs, which included four Super Bowl appearances. Gibbs was inducted into the Hall of Fame in 1996.

4. Bill Walsh

Walsh was the architect of the San Francisco 49ers dynasty, and turned the franchise into the best franchise in the NFL during the 1980s.

Bill Walsh coached the 49ers for 10 years and has a 92-59-1 record with the team. During his time, he won six division titles and three Super Bowl appearances and would have had a fourth win if he didn’t retire before the 1989 season, when the 49ers repeated as champions.

Walsh had a 10-4 record in the playoffs and was inducted into the Hall of Fame in 1993.

3. Don Shula

Shula led two different franchises to the Super Bowl in his 33 years as a coach and finished his coaching career with a 328-156-6 coaching record. He won 16 division titles and made six Super Bowl appearances, winning two. He was also the head coach of the only team to go undefeated during the season and playoffs, the 1972 Miami Dolphins.

Shula finished his career with a 19-17 playoff record and was inducted into the Hall of Fame in 1997.

2. Vince Lombardi

Lombardi is considered one of the greatest motivators in NFL history and the Super Bowl trophy is named after him. He had a 96-34-6 record in his 10 year coaching career, and went 9-1 in the playoffs.

Lombardi’s teams won six divisional titles, three NFL championships and two Super Bowl victories. He was inducted into the Hall of Fame in 1971.

1. Bill Belichick

After leading the Patriots to their fifth Super Bowl last season, Belichick cemented his place as the greatest coach to ever roam a sideline in NFL History.

In 22 years as a coach, Belichick has a 237-115 record, and is 26-10 in the playoffs, not counting this season.

Belichick’s team have won 15 divisional titles and made eight Super Bowl appearances. He will have the opportunity to win his sixth Super Bowl when they face the Philadelphia Eagles next week.

Super Bowl Betting Preview

It’s that time of year again! One Sunday from now will mark the biggest day in sports and the biggest day in online betting so it only makes perfect sense that we dive into our 2018 Super Bowl betting preview for next Sunday’s big game.

On Sunday, the 2018 Super Bowl matchup was finally set when the New England Patriots defeated the Jacksonville Jaguars in the AFC Championship Game and the Philadelphia Eagles defeated the Minnesota Vikings in the NFC Championship Game.

Both teams will meet at U.S. Bank Stadium in Minnesota on February 4 to determine the Super Bowl champion. The game is scheduled to begin at 6:30 PM. ET.

2018 Super Bowl Betting Preview

Philadelphia Eagles +5 Point Underdogs

The Eagles went into their second consecutive playoff game as home underdogs, and convincingly defeated the Vikings 38-7 to book their ticket to the Super Bowl. In two weeks, they are once again going to be underdogs, which is a role the team and their fans have come to embrace.

Nick Foles, who was the reason the Eagles weren’t getting a lot of love from the oddsmakers, had another great game as he led the Eagles to victory over the Vikings. Foles completed 26 of 33 passes for 352 yards and three touchdowns.

The Eagles defense also stepped up, returning an interception for a touchdown and harassing Case Keenum during the entire game, not allowing him to get comfortable in the pocket.

They will be hoping for a similar performance against the Patriots.

New England Patriots Analysis -5 Point Favorites

Tom Brady and the New England Patriots proved on Sunday that they should never be counted out of games no matter how bad they look.

The team fell behind early against the aggressive Jacksonville Jaguars but fought their way back into the game and were able to take the lead in the final minutes of the game. This game once again showed that it’s never too late to bet on the Patriots at any point in the game even if they are down by 10 points. If you want to bet in advance of the start of the game you can bet on the 2018 Super Bowl at any of these sportsbooks that accept US players.

Brady, who was dealing with an injured throwing hand, completed 26 of 38 passes for 290 yards and two touchdowns. Brady’s numbers were even more impressive because he did it without Rob Gronkowski, who left the game early with a head injury.

Defensively, the Patriots did a good job shutting down Jacksonville’s run game, especially in the second half, which allowed them to come back and win. The defense will need to play better against the Eagles, who are more dangerous on offense than the Jags were.

Super Bowl 52 Online Betting Picks and Predictions

The Patriots are favored to win the Super Bowl by 5.5 points. The over/under on total points scored is 47.5.

With all the success they have had in the past, it is hard to bet against the Patriots in the Super Bowl, but I think the Eagles have what it takes to pull off the upset. Take Philadelphia +5.5 if you have any plans to bet on Super Bowl 2018.

Superbowl Props To Bet On for 2018

The 2018 Super Bowl matchup has finally been set and the New England Patriots are to take on the Philadelphia Eagles at the U.S. Bank Stadium in Minnesota.

Since it is the Super Bowl, there will be plenty of action on the prop bets, so we have gone through the prop bets to find the ones you should consider betting on.

Coin Toss

The coin toss is one of the most popular prop bets, and some people use it as an indicator of how well their betting day is going to go. Even though there is a 50/50 chance of the toss resulting in either heads or tails, there’s actually a trend.

Five of the last eight Super Bowl coin tosses have landed on heads, and the winner of the coin toss has gone on to win four of the last seven Super Bowls.

Also, the NFC team has won 17 of the last 19 coin tosses.

Going by the trend, the smart pick here will be to take heads for the coin toss.

Prop Bets Superbowl 2018

First Team To Score

This is another great bet to take because of the teams involved. The Patriots usually defer if they win the coin toss, which will give the Eagles the first opportunity to score. However, Philadelphia’s opponents have scored before them in each of their two playoff games, which means the smart money should be on the Patriots to score first.

MVP

With Tom Brady winning the Super Bowl MVP award in four of their five Super Bowl victories, it makes sense to place a wager in Brady to win it again if the Patriots defeat the Eagles.

If you think the Eagles will win the Super Bowl, you should place a bet on Nick Foles to win the MVP because the quarterbacks are always the most likely to win the award. You can also place a bet on a defensive player like Chris Long, who has been a disruptive force during the playoffs.

There are more prop bets to take, and we will discuss some more of them next week.

Greatest Superbowl Games

Okay, it’s currently shaping up to be a Patriots Vikings matchup for Superbowl LII, but before we preview potential Superbowl 2018 matchups let’s look back at some of the greatest Superbowl games in recenty history.

Since the first Super Bowl was played in 1967, there have been a lot of great games. With this year’s Super Bowl a little over two weeks away, we decided to give you a list of the top five Super Bowl games in the last 51 years.

  • 5. Super Bowl XXIII
  • San Francisco 49ers 20, Cincinnati Bengals 16

49ers quarterback Joe Montana showed why he was known as “Joe Cool,” when he led the 49ers on a game-winning drive that ended with a touchdown pass to John Taylor with 34 seconds remaining to give the 49ers their second win over the Bengals in the Super Bowl.

  • 4. Super Bowl XLIX
  • New England Patriots 28, Seattle Seahawks 24

The Patriots ended their 10 year championship drought with a win over the Seattle Seahawks and their Legion of Boom defense. The game ended up being a classic that will be remembered for Seattle’s decision to pass instead of run at the Patriots’ 1-yard line, which resulted in a Malcolm Butler interception that sealed the win for the Seahawks.

    Greatest Superbowl Matchups 2018

  • 3. Super Bowl XXV
  • New York Giants 20, Buffalo Bills 19

Bills’ fans will always remember the most heartbreaking loss they ever had. Buffalo had a chance to win the game at the end of regulation but Scott Norwood missed the game-winning field goal, giving the Giants their second Super Bowl win in five years. It was also the first of four straight Super Bowl losses for the Bills.

  • 2. Super Bowl XLII
  • New York Giants 17, New England Patriots 14

This was probably the most painful loss in Super Bowl history considering what was at stake. The Patriots, who finished the regular season 16-0, were on the verge of becoming the first team in history to finish the season 19-0, and the second to go undefeated in NFL history, but David Tyree’s helmet catch helped the Giants come from behind and win their first Super Bowl since Bill Parcells still roamed the sidelines.

  • 1. Super Bowl LI
  • New England Patriots 34, Atlanta Falcons 28

The greatest comeback in Super Bowl history deserves the top spot on our list. The Patriots once trailed by 25 pints, but Tom Brady led the team back and tied the game in the final minutes, which forced the first overtime in Super Bowl history.

    Bet On Jaguars Steelers 2018

The most anticipated playoff game this weekend is the rematch between the Jacksonville Jaguars and Pittsburgh Steelers. The game will take place at Heinz Field on Sunday, and is scheduled to begin at 1:05 PM. ET. The road to Superbowl 2018 has begun!

    Betting Jaguars Steelers Superbowl 2018

    Jacksonville Jaguars Betting Analysis

The Jacksonville Jaguars defeated the Buffalo Bills on Sunday to set up a rematch with the Steelers. In their first meeting, the Jaguars defense dominated the Steelers, and picked off Ben Roethlisberger five times to get an easy win.

This time around, they will need the offense to help out, especially after their dismal performance in the win over the Bills.

If Blake Bortles can move the chains efficiently and avoid turning the ball over, the Jaguars will have a good chance to pull off the upset. The Jaguars will also be counting on Leonard Fournette, who had a big game in the first meeting to have another big game and help them advance to the AFC Championship game.

    Pittsburgh Steelers Betting Analysis

The Jaguars defeating the Bills on Sunday could be the best thing to happen to the Steelers this week. If the Bills had one, they might have been tempted to start looking ahead to their potential matchup with the New England Patriots.

Since the Jaguars won, the Steelers focus will be on avenging their embarrassing home loss to Jacksonville.

Ben Roethlisberger will have to do a better job of protecting the ball to avoid a similar outcome this time. With Antonio Brown expected back in the lineup, and Juju Smith-Schuster emerging as a capable second receiver, the Jaguars defensive backs will have a tough time trying to slow down Pittsburgh’s passing game.

Defensively, the Steelers will send a lot of pass rush at Bortles, hoping to force him into making mistakes. If they are successful, this will be an easy win for the team.

Updated Superbowl 2018 Predictions from Betting-Super-Bowl.com for Superbowl 52

The Steelers are favored to win this game by 7.5 points. The over/under on total points scored is 40.5. We expect the game to be close for the first half, but the Steelers will eventually pull away in the second half. Take the Steelers at -7.5 betting odds.

Update: The Jacksonville Jaguars defeated the Steelers and now the Jaguars will be playing the New England Patriots in the AFC Championship game. You may not bet on Jaguars to not only win the AFC Championship game but to also win Super Bowl LII.

    Updated NFC Superbowl Odds

With the NFC playoff picture finally set, we now have a better idea of which teams have what it takes to win the Super Bowl and which teams are just glad to be in the playoffs.

In the NFC, the Minnesota Vikings are considered the best team and have the best odds of winning the Super Bowl at +375.

The Vikings are actually a decent value at their current odds because they have faced most of the teams they are likely to meet in the NFC playoffs this year. They defeated the Saints in their season opener, they also have a convincing win over the Los Angeles Rams, but they lost to the Carolina Panthers.

The New Orleans Saints have the second best odds at +750, but after they struggled running the ball at the end of the season and the way their defense played, they might not be a very good bet. Then again, they defeated the Carolina Panthers twice, as well as the Atlanta Falcons, so they have a good chance of making the NFC Championship Game. If they make it there, they can go all the way.

The Los Angeles Rams are probably the best bet in the NFC at +750. The biggest knock on the Rams is their playoff inexperience, but that’s isn’t as big a deal as they are making it out to be. The Rams lost to the Vikings and Eagles, but they are still the most complete team in the NFL, and if their defense goes back to playing the way it did at the start of the season, they will be unstoppable.

The Eagles looked like the best team in the NFC before Carson Wentz suffered a season ending injury. Now their odds of winning the Super Bowl has dropped to +1200, thanks to the play of Nick Foles, who has managed to look worse every week he has started since the injury.
At +1600, the Atlanta Falcons haven’t been given much of a chance to win the Super Bowl, but after clawing their way into the playoffs, anything is possible. Their defense has been playing very well, and their offense has done enough to win games, but they will need their running game to win it all this year.

The Carolina Panthers are at +2500, mostly thanks to the maddening play of Cam Newton this season. In some games, he has looked like the guy that won the MVP in 2015, and in other games, he has looked like a terrible quarterback. If Newton can get back to playing well, this is a very dangerous team.

Bet On Titans for Super Bowl

The Tennessee Titans are currently in second place in the AFC South with an 8-7 record. However, the Los Angeles Chargers and Buffalo Bills are tied with the same record, making Tennessee’s game against the Jacksonville Jaguars on Sunday a must-win game if the Titans want to take a crack at Super Bowl.

The Titans odds of winning the Super Bowl is currently +7500, but there isn’t a lot of betting confidence in the team because they have lost three consecutive games, two of which were to teams with losing record.

But since they have the tie breaker over the Chargers and Bills, they are in control of their playoff destiny. If you want to bet on Superbowl 2018 on the Titans check out the above recommended betting sites.

The Titans will have some luck on their side this week, thanks to the San Francisco 49ers, who defeated the Jaguars on Sunday. The loss to the 49ers prevents the Jaguars from clinching a first round bye as one of the top two seeds in the AFC, which means the Jaguars don’t have much to play for this week.

    Titans Super Bowl 2018 Odds

With the top two seeds set, the Jaguars will play at home in the first round, then go on the road in the next round if the top two seeds don’t get upset. This means they will be trying to prevent injuries to their main guys and rest a lot of their starters.

The fact that the Titans convincingly defeated the Jaguars on the road earlier this year, should also give them some confidence going into this game.

If they are able to make the playoffs as the sixth seed, the Titans will have a very good chance to advance to the next round because they would play the Jaguars in the Wildcard round and since they would have defeated the Jaguars twice to get there, will be very confident about their chances.

After the Wildcard round, the Titans will need a lot of luck to get to the Super Bowl because they will be going up against either the Pittsburgh Steelers or the New England Patriots, two teams that will be difficult to beat on the road.

    Superbowl Betting Odds for Ravens

    Happy New Year!

As we welcome you into 2018 we kick things off in the New Year with a look at the latest Super Bowl online betting odds for the Baltimore Ravens. For some reason, the Baltimore Ravens have flown under the radar in the NFL this season, which is surprising because they are a pretty good team.

After 15 weeks, their Super Bowl odds are currently at +3300 Superbowl betting odds, which is actually a great value because this team can go all the way if they get a few favorable bounces.

The Ravens are second in the AFC North, but haven’t gotten the attention they deserve because the Pittsburgh Steelers are fighting for the best record in the league with the New England Patriots and the Jacksonville Jaguars resurgence has made for better headlines.

At 8-6, the Ravens are currently in the seventh spot in the AFC playoff race, behind the Buffalo Bills, who have the same record but own the tie breaker due to win percentage in conference games.

    Superbowl Odds Baltimore Ravens

The Ravens have won four of their last five games and their remaining games are against the Indianapolis Colts and Cincinnati Bengals, which means they will likely finish the season 10-6.

With the Tennessee Titans and Jaguars still playing each other one more time in their last game of the season, and the Buffalo Bills playing the New England Patriots and Miami Dolphins, the Ravens will likely finish in 5th or 6th position in the AFC.

Once the Ravens get into the playoffs, they can’t be counted out because they are a team that has playoff experience and have won on the road against the Steelers and Patriots, so they won’t be intimidated if they have to play both teams in the playoffs.

The key to Baltimore’s success this year has been their defense, which is one of the best in the league. If the defense continues playing well in the playoffs and Joe Flacco doesn’t turn the ball over a lot, Baltimore can surprise a lot of people by winning their third Super Bowl trophy.
